Jackie – Tuesday at 7.30 pm – 8.45 pm and Friday 9.30 am – 11 am
Jackie is a certified, experienced Iyengar Yoga Teacher. She teaches 2 classes a week, one Friday morning and one Tuesday evening. Iyengar yoga is accessible to everyone irrespective of ability and age. Emphasis is placed on the precision and alignment of the pose and quality of movement; equipment may be used to aid and enhance postures and individual attention is given. Why not turn up and try it out? First class is free.
